The best cure for worrying about the news? Actually doing something to change it. Whatever your time constraints or comfort zone, there are lots of ways to pitch in.

In Virginia’s newly redrawn 11th Senate District, which includes Albemarle and Charlottesville, the Democratic candidate is Senator Creigh Deeds.  

In Virginia’s newly redrawn 54th House District, which includes part of Albemarle County, the Democratic candidate is Katrina Callsen.

In Virginia’s newly redrawn 55th House District, which includes parts of Albemarle, Fluvanna, Louisa and Nelson Counties, the Democratic candidate is Amy Laufer.
