Frustrated by Congressman John McGuire’s refusal to hold in-person town hall meetings, a group of 5th District constituents traveled to McGuire’s office in Lynchburg on St. Patrick’s Day to get direct answers as to why Congress is not doing more to address the public’s concerns.
