Please help us with the ACDP Early Voting Tent
We can’t promise you’ll have fun, but most people do!

As a volunteer you will:

• Greet voters
• Help them with any voting issues
• Pass out information about our candidate, Josh Throneburg
• Sign-up anyone who would like to volunteer with us
• Have a good time getting to know other Democrats
• We do need help setting up and taking down if you are willing and able to help with that.

We’ve gotten a lot of positive response about this from both appreciative voters and the volunteers. All you need to know will be provided at the tent. If you’ve wanted to help, but are unable to canvass or make phone calls, this is the job for you! No standing necessary. Sign up now and pick your time slot!

Where: 5th Street County Office Building, 1600 5th Street Extended

When: September 23 – November 5
*Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
*Tuesday, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
*Thursday, 8:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
*Saturday, Oct. 29 and Nov. 5, 8:30 a.m. -5 p.m.

Each district is organizing the tent for one week. Please contact your district chair/organizer to sign up. If you are unable to volunteer during your district’s week, they can also sign you up for another time, or for additional weeks.

This is an important election and we appreciate your help!

On Saturday August 6, the Albemarle County Democrats will have a table at the Albemarle County Fair. We need interested volunteers to staff the table and give out Democratic information, including spreading the good news about VA-5 Congressional nominee Josh Throneburg. If you are a Young Democrat between the ages of 13 and 35 and live in the Charlottesville Metro Area, you are welcome to join our newly-formed Charlottesville Area Young Democrats. Please fill out this form with your information.

We are still in the early stages of formation and chartering as a chapter with the Virginia Young Democrats, so we will be in touch soon with more information about our first interest meeting.
